Our return policy is within 14 days of purchase. We accept returns for store credit only. Please email email@example.com if you need to return something so we can verify and give the return address. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees if item is shipped. Returns must be postmarked by 14 days of the delivery date. If you chose pickup, it must be returned within 14 days of when we notified you of the item being ready. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to process your store credit.
If you choose to pre-authorize something on our app, we cannot refund if you decided against it. We can return it for store credit only.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will get you taken care of!
All sales on sale/clearance items are final. All sales are final on jewelry, graphic tees, doorbusters, purses, wallets. Also any shapewear (all shapers, leggings, shorts), swimwear, undergarments, hats and beanies (for hygienic purposes) are final sale.
