What if I need to make changes to my order? 

Once your order is placed, you can fill out the below form but we cannot guarantee we will be able to fix it once it's prepared.

Do you offer free shipping?

If your order is over $75 (before tax) you will receive free shipping. During the holiday season (starting October 24), it will go up to $99. 

When can I expect my item to arrive?

Our processing time is 2-4 business days. You should receive tracking info in your order confirmation by email. Once in the hands of the postal service, you can track with them. 

What is your shipping rate?

If your order is under 13oz, it will be $4.00. If over 13oz, it will be $8.00. Shipping on shoes may vary. During the holiday season (starting October 24), it will go up to $5 and $9 for the above mentioned weights.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

We do offer in store pickup during regular store hours. Please choose the store pickup option at checkout and you will receive an email with pickup instructions. 

What if my package says delivered but I didn't receive it?

You can reach out to us so we can try to help you but once it is placed in the hands of our mail carrier. it is no longer our responsibility. Feel free to contact your local post office or UPS to file a claim.
